Crestal Approach with Membrane Control
C.M.C Tech. is Sinus lift technology which enables
a surgeon to take direct control of the sinus membrane.
Since membrane can be lifted to the exactly controlled
height tailored to the height of drilling, excessive bone
grafting is not necessary. In addition, C.M.C Tech.
minimizes the possibility of infection or complications.

FEATURE
- As a surgeon can directly control the height of sinus membrane (up to 13mm), the surgeon easily advance treatments.
- Apply bone grafting used in the conventional lateral approach to a crestal approach.
- With MagiCore, C.M.C tech. ensures primary stability even in residual bone less than 2mm.
- The minimal invasiveness approach and treatment in accordance with the concept of closed-defect is possible, so not only area of drilling but also gingival damage can be minimized.
CAUTION
- Before using Magic Sinus Lifter, make sure to use Magic Drill 48 in order to make residual bone from the sinus floor remained to 2mm.
- Double-blade of Magic Sinus Lifter should be towards the mesiodistal direction, and make sure to tap it gently.
- When using Magic Sinus Lifter, gently tap to elevate membrane.
- Until sinus membrane is lifted to the desired height, don’t change the direction of Magic Sinus Lifter.
- After lifting the sinus membrane, remove it carefully and slowly.
- Place allograft. (0.05cc of bone graft for every 1mm or lift)
